Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us at bamijushop@gmail.com for any questions and concerns! 

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at bamijushop@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution!
